“ We started with Pique Macho, which consists of homemade fries, steak, sausage, onions, tomatoes, and hardboiled eggs. In addition, I tried the Chicharron, which is fried pork with corn on the side. Ended with a game of Cacho which is a dice game played among family and friends. The owner was super nice and welcoming and looking forward to coming back. . . “ Just found out about this place. Tried the chicken and beef saltenas, a Bolivian empanada which were delicious. The selections are plenty, but well prepared. Will definitely comeback to try the other Bolivian dishes. The best was the owner, Danny, very friendly and makes everyone feel at home and takes his time to ensure he hears your feedback about the food. ”

“ Discovered this place in a Yellow Green Farmers market and it had caught my attention because it looked like an empanada, but different from any I had tried before. OMG was it delicious! It has a soup inside the empanada and the dough has some sweetness as well. I recommend to anyone to check this out, it is called Saltena. I also tried a MocoChinchi the fruit inside is a Peach Super refreshing for a hot day and reminds me of Agua apanela but better! The pictures are beginning of the process, mid and final! ”
